Project Management - Ironclad (Must have Experience working with Ironclad or another CLM platform)

Raas Infotek is seeking a Project Manager with experience in Ironclad or similar CLM platforms. The role involves managing SaaS solutions, working with vendors, and applying project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Application configuration, design, and interface experience
• Experience working with third party vendors to implement SaaS solutions
• Working "hands-on" knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies
• Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office Products, especially Excel and Project
• Excellent organization skills, and verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work at a fast pace and cope with conflicting deadlines
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, hardworking, professional, self-starter, able to work well with cross-functional teams
• Ability to perform both project management and business/systems analysis

• Minimum 5 years of technology project support experience
• Understanding of Single Sign-On and Identity Management solutions
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
• Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations
• Experience working with off-shore or remote development/support teams
