Sales & Business Development Manager

Everwell Health is a respected leader in the field of nutrition, developing and marketing proprietary ingredients for dietary supplements and sports nutrition products. The Sales & Business Development Manager will focus on unlocking the potential of the DTC and E-commerce space by identifying key players and creating new business opportunities to elevate sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Employ conceptual selling techniques and innovative approaches to deliver valueadded solutions that meet our customers' unique needs
• Leverage your in-depth understanding of the Nutraceutical & functional ingredients sector to drive sales growth and capture new market opportunities
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to create customized strategies and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
• Identify and develop prospective clients, cultivating long-lasting relationships to foster continued business growth
• Keep a pulse on industry trends and market dynamics, incorporating relevant insights and market data into your sales approach
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, offering expert guidance on N21/Everwell Health ingredients, addressing their challenges, and providing tailored solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating exceptional performance in the competitive landscape
• Travel is required for customer visits, trade shows and company meetings, approximately 25% to 50% of the time

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in food science, chemistry, nutrition, marketing, business, or a related field
• You must possess a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on sales experience
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• You are self-aware and have strong EQ
• As a self-starting strategic thinker, you are adept at formulating and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve outstanding results
• Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to foster enduring relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
