Marketing Manager

iVET360 is a boutique management services company dedicated to partnering with private practice veterinary hospitals across the country. They are seeking a strategic, client-facing Marketing Manager to plan and implement marketing initiatives for veterinary hospitals, manage social media, oversee digital reputation, and develop ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze hospital performance assessments, make recommendations and set implementation goals
• Conduct monthly calls each day with your hospitals to check in on progress with current initiatives
• Provide guidance, advice and feasible marketing solutions to help hospitals achieve their goals
• Deliver documentable, provable value (DPV) to clients
• Monitor hospital dashboards and identify actionable areas that are ready for improvement
• Brainstorm with team on ways to simplify production and how to best utilize available resources

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role as a senior coordinator, account manager or project manager
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction
• Google Ads certification
• An understanding of hospital sales and digital marketing techniques
• A background in marketing for service-oriented operations
• Familiarity with high-volume client relations
• Thorough knowledge of the veterinary industry
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Experience and/or a desire of working at a fast-growing company during the initial phases of scaling
