Product Management Director

Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC is a leader in legal support services, known for innovation and delivering exceptional quality. They are seeking a Director of Product Management to manage the lifecycle of new products and services, develop business cases, and collaborate across various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and implement standard operational frameworks for products
• Manage the lifecycle of new products and services
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to assess client and industry needs
• Develop business cases and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across the organization
• Help resolve customer service disruptions quickly and effectively
• Identify challenges and recommend process improvements
• Manage multiple priorities and meet assigned deadlines
• Make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to company objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working across teams and communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask, shift priorities, and work effectively under pressure
• Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate challenges and make sound decisions
