Senior Technical Project Manager

Linx INC is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with 7–10 years of experience leading software product delivery across Product and Engineering organizations. This hands-on delivery leadership role is responsible for owning the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional software initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional software initiatives
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, QA, UX, and business stakeholders
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and release schedules
• Ensure execution remains aligned with business objectives and program goals
• Manage cross-team dependencies, project risks, and delivery milestones
• Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning
• Track delivery and maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Communicate project status, risks, roadblocks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives while continuously improving delivery processes

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of Technical Project Management experience
• Proven experience managing software development or product engineering projects from planning through delivery
• Experience leading cross-functional Product and Engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience managing project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones, and software releases
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and business audiences
• Comfortable presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced product environment
• Experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or modern technology products
• Experience working within product-focused technology organizations
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
• Experience mentoring Project Managers or contributing to PMO best practices
• Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams
