MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER

Cella is a leading tech company seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to design and launch tailored marketing initiatives for key enterprise accounts. The role involves collaborating with sales leadership, deploying multi-channel campaigns, and leveraging advanced marketing technologies to drive account engagement and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales leadership to craft strategic quarterly and annual account marketing roadmaps aimed at expanding footprint, speeding up deal cycles, and strengthening account retention
• Design and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns (spanning custom collateral, virtual events, targeted ads, direct outreach, and social platforms) tailored for both individual priority accounts and select account clusters
• Teaming up with the Partner Marketing organization to co-develop joint go-to-market initiatives with GSIs, channel allies, and ecosystem collaborators
• Harness generative and predictive AI solutions to streamline content development, refine audience segmentation, scale campaign customization, and derive actionable performance metrics
• Serve as the resident subject matter expert on key marketing technology platforms, including 6sense, Demandbase, and PathFactory
• Measure, analyze, and refine campaign performance against core benchmarks, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
• Oversee MQL routing and lead flow to ensure prompt follow-up and alignment across Sales and Business Development representatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or field marketing
• Strategic thinking & account segmentation experience
• Proven sales collaboration / partnership experience with field sales
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools for content/analytics
