Customer Service Representative

HCLTech is seeking a friendly, dependable, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries and resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate, thoughtful solutions
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and respectful experience
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when needed
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide reliable information
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by sharing feedback and suggestions with the team
• Meet service standards while maintaining quality, accuracy, and professionalism

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using computers and customer service software
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
