The Personal Channels Assurance Manager is responsible for providing independent first-line assurance across the Personal Chanels Portfolio, helping ensure that customer, regulatory, operational and risk obligations are effectively managed.
The role leads assurance reviews across the Personal Channels Business Unit, identifying control weaknesses, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with business leaders, Risk teams and Assurance stakeholders, the role supports better customer outcomes, stronger risk management and sustainable control environments across Personal Channels.
This role will also assist with the delivery of assurance activities across the PACT (People, Accountability, Customers and Trust) program, alongside input into Single Customer Front End (SCFE) transformation and Suncorp Integration Program, providing independent insight into the effectiveness of risk management, controls and customer outcomes within Personal Channels.
