Project Manager & Benefits Implementation

HiFyve is a manufacturing company based in Wichita, KS, looking for an experienced Benefits Implementation & Project Manager for a 6-month contract. The role involves leading the implementation of a new employee benefits platform and managing the transition to a new benefits broker.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the overall project manager and owner for the benefits implementation initiative
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation schedules
• Lead project kickoff meetings and establish project scope, priorities, governance, and success metrics
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
• Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting to HR leadership and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful implementation and organizational readiness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS implementation, or project management
• Demonstrated success leading Paylocity Benefits Administration implementations
• Experience managing benefits broker transitions and benefits vendor implementations
• Experience with carrier integrations, EDI file development, testing, validation, and file management
• Experience supporting open enrollment implementations and system go-live activities
• Experience leading enterprise HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration implementations
• Experience serving as the primary implementation lead responsible for executing all phases of a benefits implementation project
