Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Mainframe Operating Systems (z/OS)
Hands-on experience with Mainframe Storage concepts and tools (DASD, SMS, HSM, etc.)
Experience supporting enterprise mainframe infrastructure environments
Understanding of system performance, monitoring, and tuning
Familiarity with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
Knowledge of TSO/ISPF utilities and dataset management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with storage management tools (DFSMS, GDPS, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of JCL and batch processing workflows
• Familiarity with mainframe security frameworks (RACF, ACF2, Top Secret)
• Exposure to mainframe modernization or hybrid cloud integration
• Experience with automation and infrastructure optimization tools
