Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager to manage digital acquisition marketing channels, leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital acquisition marketing campaigns
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives
• Develop testing strategies, campaign schedules, and quality assurance processes to ensure successful execution
• Identify potential risks or issues early and recommend solutions to maintain campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement
• Use data and analytics to make informed recommendations and optimize marketing performance
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, reporting, and expense tracking
• Support invoice processing and vendor coordination to ensure timely campaign execution
• Coordinate legal, compliance, and creative reviews required for marketing initiatives
• Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience
• Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable policies, regulations, and organizational standards

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, acquisition marketing, or a related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new marketing platforms and technologies
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, or strategic business relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) as needed
• Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry
