Sales Development Representative (Convex)

Convex, a ServiceTitan company, is a leading pipeline generation platform for commercial sales and marketing teams. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in the sales process by qualifying prospects and scheduling product demonstrations, thereby contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (e.g., 60+ daily calls, personalized emails, and social selling) to engage decision-makers within target accounts
• Conduct thorough discovery calls to qualify potential leads and successfully schedule demos for Account Executives
• Master our sales methodology and technology to effectively manage your daily activities and pipeline
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute winning sales strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
• Proactively seek out coaching and feedback to continuously learn and improve your sales skills and grow your career

Requirements:

• 0-4 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong sense of urgency, a results-oriented mindset, and a hunger for feedback
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• A knack for learning new technologies quickly
