Senior Business Development Manager – Mid/Enterprise SaaS Sales (3-5 Years)

Mahi Mahi Tech Solutions is an AI-native technology company building intelligent marketing systems. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the sales function for their Maiven platform, focusing on acquiring enterprise customers and building a scalable revenue engine.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end B2B sales for the Maiven platform
• Identify and engage prospective enterprise and mid-market customers
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultative sales meetings
• Build relationships with Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Heads, and Business Leaders
• Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to contract closure
• Create proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting
• Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to refine positioning and messaging
• Provide customer and market feedback to influence product roadmap
• Represent Mahi Mahi at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences

Requirements:
