Senior Freelance Performance Marketing Manager – Google Ads & Meta Ads

Superior Hair Extensions LTD is an established Hair Extension B2B & B2C e-commerce brand operating across New Zealand, Australia and the United States. They are seeking an experienced Senior Freelance Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize their Google Ads and Meta Ads, develop strategies, and monitor profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads across the USA and New Zealand
• Developing clear strategies for each market
• Monitoring profitability, MER, ROAS, CPA and new-customer acquisition
• Reviewing attribution, tracking, GA4, Shopify and Merchant Center
• Managing budget allocation across platforms and campaigns
• Identifying creative opportunities and providing actionable briefs to our team
• Planning around promotions, product launches and seasonal activity
• Providing straightforward weekly updates and detailed monthly reporting
• Working closely with our internal team as our dedicated performance marketing lead

Requirements:

• Strong experience with established Shopify or DTC e-commerce brands
• Proven Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max and Meta Ads experience
• Experience managing similar or larger monthly ad spend
• Experience advertising across multiple countries, ideally including the USA
• A strong understanding of tracking, attribution and e-commerce profitability
• Clear communication and a proactive approach
• Evidence of profitable, sustainable growth rather than isolated platform ROAS screenshots
