Enterprise Account Executive & Channel Partnerships

Description

CommBox is looking for an exceptional, highly driven sales professional to accelerate our growth in Mexico and Latin America.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Languages: Fluent Spanish and English

As our first dedicated sales representative in Mexico, you will combine direct enterprise sales with partner recruitment and development. We are looking for a true hunter: an entrepreneurial, well-connected, and self-motivated business builder who can create opportunities from scratch, close strategic deals, and build a successful reseller ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Own CommBox’s sales growth in Mexico and support expansion across Latin America.
• Build a strong pipeline of large enterprise opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and account mapping through negotiation and closing.
• Recruit and develop resellers, implementation partners, and system integrators.
• Work with partners to generate pipeline, develop opportunities, and close deals.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior business and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with CommBox’s Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

What We Are Looking For

• 5–10 years of successful enterprise SaaS or software sales experience.
• A proven record of creating pipeline and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals.
• Strong experience in contact center, customer experience, CRM, AI, telecommunications, or related enterprise technology.
• An established network of enterprise customers, partners, resellers, and industry decision-makers in Mexico.
• Experience in both direct enterprise sales and channel-led sales.
• A strong hunter mentality, with high energy, resilience, urgency, and personal accountability.
• The ability to work independently and take full ownership of building a new market.

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Have

• Direct experience selling contact center, conversational AI, or customer engagement platforms.
• Existing relationships with major enterprises and contact center leaders in Mexico.
• Relationships with system integrators, BPOs, resellers, or technology consultancies.
• Experience recruiting, enabling, and supporting channel partners.
• Experience within the SAP ecosystem.
• Previous responsibility for launching or developing a new territory.
• Experience building reseller partnerships across Latin America.
