Responsibilities
- Analyze consumer demand trends and identify key product categories, brands, and price segments with strong growth potential on TikTok Shop.
- Develop product assortment strategies that strengthen platform supply and ensure products align with market demand.
- Partner with merchant strategy teams and industry teams to guide supply development in priority product categories.
- Support major campaigns and marketing initiatives by identifying highpotential products and category opportunities.
- Conduct datadriven analysis to identify supply gaps and propose targeted initiatives to strengthen product availability and competitiveness.
- Monitor product performance and market trends, and continuously refine assortment strategies to support sustainable growth.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s or higher degree in the United States, majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data to identify business opportunities.
- Familiarity with consumer trends and retail or ecommerce market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in marketplace platforms, retail strategy, consulting, or category management.
- Strong business judgment and structured problemsolving capabilities.
- Experience working with data to support business analysis and strategic planning.
- Selfdriven with strong ownership and the ability to adapt in a fastmoving environment.
