Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Generate sales by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Qualify leads and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to maximize conversions.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, pricing, and industry trends.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards during customer interactions.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to confidently handle customer objections and close sales.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience or exposure to Inside Sales processes.
• Familiarity with lead qualification and sales funnel management.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
• Experience working with sales metrics and performance targets.
• Understanding of customer engagement and retention strategies.
• Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
