Account Executive Media Sales

Adsposure is a premier transit media company that helps brands connect with audiences through high-impact transit advertising. The Account Executive Media Sales role focuses on building new business and client partnerships while delivering customized advertising solutions to achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and close new business through consultative transit advertising solutions
• Build and grow relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term client success
• Deliver compelling out-of-home advertising sales presentations and customized proposals that align with client objectives
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting and business development
• Identify new revenue opportunities by staying informed on industry trends and client needs
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide ongoing client support
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
• Travel as needed to meet with clients and develop new business opportunities in the Kansas City, MO market
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of B2B sales or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills with a confident, professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively while managing client relationships and influencing decision-makers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based CRM systems
• Work remotely in Kansas City, MO with frequent face-to-face client meetings
