Sales Development Representative

Cosign is the fastest growing prop-tech company in the United States, revolutionizing the rental industry with a market-leading rent guarantee product. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to generate, qualify, and book meetings with multifamily owners and property managers, creating the pipeline for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting through cold calling, personalized email outreach, social selling, referrals, and industry events
• Research target accounts and decision-makers so every call and email is relevant, specific, and worth the prospect's time
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target multifamily accounts
• Qualify prospects against our ICP and book meetings for Sales Directors with the right stakeholders at the right accounts
• Join discovery calls and product demonstrations alongside Sales Directors, owning preparation, follow-up, and next steps
• Support Directors through active deal cycles and learn how complex, multi-stakeholder deals are run and won
• Partner with existing customers to surface portfolio expansion opportunities and, over time, run smaller expansion conversations directly
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in our CRM with discipline and consistency
• Build fluency in industry trends, competitive solutions, and customer challenges across our target markets
• Bring feedback from the front lines to Marketing, Product, and leadership; your conversations shape how we sell
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings booked
• Maintain consistent prospecting activity across calls, emails, and social outreach
• Deliver strong meeting-to-opportunity conversion through quality research and qualification
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records
• Take on increasing responsibility as you develop

• Join discovery calls and product demonstrations alongside Sales Directors

• 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar prospecting-heavy role; B2B SaaS, multifamily housing, or PropTech experience is a plus
• A demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to earn attention and build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven, with the ability to manage a high-volume prospecting workload
• Fluent with AI tools for prospecting, research, and outreach, or eager to become so, and excited to build them into how you sell every day
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where process is still being built and your input shapes how we sell
