Field Marketing Manager

Cloud for Good is a leading Salesforce consulting partner that focuses on serving nonprofit, higher education, financial services, and state and local government organizations. The Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing programs, including webinars and in-person events, to generate pipeline, strengthen partnerships, and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the field marketing strategy across events, webinars, partner initiatives, and integrated campaigns to drive pipeline, customer growth, and market expansion
• Partner closely with sales leadership to develop annual go-to-market plans, ensuring field marketing investments align with territory priorities, revenue targets, and strategic growth initiatives
• Own the event and sponsorship investment strategy, using market insights and performance analytics to prioritize opportunities that maximize brand visibility, partner engagement, and pipeline contribution
• Lead all aspects of webinars and in-person events, including strategy, messaging, promotions, registration, logistics, speaker coordination, vendor management, contract negotiation, staffing, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up
• Partner closely with Salesforce, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives
• Create integrated promotional campaigns utilizing email marketing, social media, digital marketing, partner channels, and sales enablement assets
• Collaborate with Sales to support account-based marketing initiatives, regional campaigns, and pipeline acceleration efforts
• Establish campaign goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators while monitoring results throughout execution
• Analyze campaign and event performance, measuring registrations, attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, sourced pipeline, return on investment, and overall business impact
• Present campaign insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain annual event budgets, forecasting expenses and ensuring investments align with business objectives
• Conduct quarterly performance and budget reviews, recommending adjustments based on campaign results and evolving business priorities
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing best practices to continually improve Cloud for Good’s field marketing programs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, event marketing, or integrated campaign management
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and the technology ecosystem, particularly within nonprofit, higher education, financial services, or state and local government
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic integrated marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue
• Experience partnering closely with sales teams to create a strategic event plan that supports pipeline generation and account growth
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms to build campaigns, track performance, and report results
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working alongside executives, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience negotiating with vendors, managing event logistics, and overseeing marketing budgets
• Experience within nonprofit or higher education organizations
