HR Business Partner

Growe is a company focused on aligning people initiatives with business goals. They are seeking an HR Business Partner to lead organizational design, facilitate change, and drive HR analytics while collaborating with business leaders to enhance performance and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Facilitate organizational change and transformation, ensuring successful adoption across the department
• Own HR analytics and people metrics, translating data into actionable insights and business recommendations
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to strengthen leadership capability and ensure business continuity
• Own the HR budget, including planning, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead a team of 3 HR professionals, fostering high performance and continuous growth
• Coach and partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability, embed effective performance management practices, and navigate complex people challenges
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives that support a high-performance environment
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and onboarding
• Ensure scalable HR processes, policies, and governance aligned with business needs
• Lead cross-functional HR projects and strategic people initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in HR, including 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role
• Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed environments, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Experience managing HR budgets and people analytics
• Previous experience leading and developing an HR team
• Proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
