IAM Project Manager

Arcova is a global cybersecurity and AI consulting firm dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions. They are seeking an experienced Technical IAM Project Manager to lead IAM initiatives with a strong focus on PKI technologies, managing complex projects and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM and PKI-related projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocations within Planview
• Manage Agile and Hybrid project delivery methodologies while ensuring adherence to organizational governance standards
• Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive reporting
• Track project progress, budgets, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate activities among security, infrastructure, application, engineering, network, and business teams
• Create, maintain, and manage project epics, features, user stories, tasks, and workflows in JIRA
• Monitor sprint progress, backlog health, velocity, and project metrics
• Ensure accurate project portfolio reporting and forecasting within Planview
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into project status, risks, resource utilization, and delivery performance
• Drive prioritization discussions and manage project demand within the project portfolio
• Lead the delivery and enhancement of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Access Management (AM) initiatives, including authentication, authorization, identity governance, and machine identity security programs
• Partner with IAM, Security Engineering, Infrastructure, and Application teams to design, implement, and enhance secure access management solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
• Lead initiatives to modernize authentication platforms, improve user access experiences, and strengthen organizational security controls
• Coordinate deployment, migration, and integration activities for SSO, MFA, federation, and PKI technologies across enterprise applications
• Drive certificate migration, renewal, remediation, automation, and governance programs to reduce operational risk and maintain compliance
• Ensure IAM solutions align with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to define technical requirements, implementation strategies, and operational support models
• Support identity security initiatives focused on reducing unauthorized access risks, strengthening authentication controls, and improving identity lifecycle management
• Monitor project outcomes and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage dependencies across concurrent projects and programs
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Facilitate decision-making and escalation management to maintain project momentum
• Ensure project documentation, governance artifacts, and audit requirements are maintained
• Coordinate with PKI and IAM vendors, consultants, and service providers
• Support vendor evaluations, implementation activities, and change management efforts
• Drive technical readiness assessments and deployment planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience delivering technology and cybersecurity initiatives
• 3+ years of experience managing IAM-related projects
• Hands-on experience managing project work in JIRA and Planview
• Demonstrated experience managing PKI implementations, certificate lifecycle projects, or machine identity programs
• Strong understanding of: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Digital Certificates, Certificate Authorities, Certificate Lifecycle Management, Authentication and Authorization, Identity and Access Management principles, Security and Compliance frameworks
• Experience with Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship
• Experience with enterprise PKI platforms such as: Microsoft PKI, DigiCert, Entrust, Keyfactor, Venafi, Sectigo
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
• Familiarity with: Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
