Part-Time Marketing Manager

Ndota Travel is a modern travel management company aiming to become a leading travel brand in America. They are seeking a strategic and creative Part-Time Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies, run campaigns, and increase brand awareness across their various travel services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and position Ndota as a national leader in travel
• Plan and run marketing campaigns across our ecosystem — OTA, Host Agency, Corporate Travel, Group & Event Travel, Curated Experiences, Luxury Collection, Travel Academy, and VIP Rewards
• Generate and nurture leads that convert into bookings, members, and partners
• Build and grow Ndota's client base — developing pipelines and prospect lists for corporate clients, group & event travel, and strategic partnerships
• Craft a consistent brand voice and story that makes Ndota memorable and trusted
• Track performance and optimize based on real results: reach, leads, and growth
• Help drive the future of Ndota — shaping strategy, opening new markets, and building the foundation of a brand that lasts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, brand building, or growth (travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands a strong plus)
• A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset — you think about building a brand, not just running tasks
• Strong creative and storytelling instincts across multiple channels
• Experience generating leads and running campaigns that drive measurable growth
• Self-directed and excited to help build something from the ground up
