ONESOURCE Business Analyst

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a ONESOURCE Business Analyst on behalf of our client in Remote. This role is ideal for a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and Customs compliance, serving as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Customs and FTZ business requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Act as a liaison between business teams, product owners, architects, developers, and third-party vendors
• Support system enhancements, application initiatives, and digital transformation projects related to Customs and FTZ operations
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple teams
• Identify potential project and compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Assist with test planning, execution, defect management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Review business processes, inventory controls, and transaction flows to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure technology solutions align with Customs regulations, FTZ requirements, and business objectives
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide project updates, and support change management efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Information Management, or Business Analysis
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE or a comparable Global Trade Management (GTM) platform
• Strong knowledge of: Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, Customs compliance and reporting, Supply chain and logistics processes, Finance and trade compliance systems
• Experience with FTZ inventory controls and Customs reporting processes
• Hands-on experience supporting integrations between trade compliance systems and enterprise applications
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional documentation
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting FTZ operations in large-scale manufacturing organizations
• Knowledge of ERP integrations and enterprise supply chain systems
• Experience working in complex, global business environments
