Senior Sales Engineer – Dairy Projects & Business Development

PROJiGO is looking for an entrepreneurial and technically strong professional to establish and lead their dairy project sales business in North America. The successful candidate will identify and secure dairy processing projects, shape the company's project sales strategy, and ensure successful delivery of the first projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's dairy project sales strategy for the U.S. market
• Identify market opportunities for greenfield, brownfield, and expansion projects within the dairy industry
• Establish a sustainable pipeline of project opportunities and strategic customer relationships
• Develop sales tools, methodologies, and processes for project-based business
• Act as a key contributor in defining the future direction of the company's dairy project business
• Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and project handover
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for processing plants, production lines, and process equipment projects
• Engage with dairy processors, consultants, engineering firms, and key industry stakeholders
• Conduct customer needs assessments and develop tailored technical solutions
• Build long-term partnerships with strategic customers
• Coordinate and manage international project teams consisting of engineering, process, automation, procurement, and commissioning specialists
• Serve as the commercial and technical focal point for customers during project development and execution
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and project delivery
• Support project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource coordination
• Drive successful execution and customer satisfaction for the company's first North American projects
• Help establish best practices for project sales and project execution
• Support the development of future project management and sales resources
• Create processes and structures that can scale as the business grows
• Mentor and guide technical and commercial team members involved in project activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Dairy Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• 6 + years of experience in dairy processing, food processing, process engineering, pre project calculations, project sales, or capital equipment sales
• Demonstrated success selling complex technical solutions or capital projects
• Strong understanding of dairy manufacturing processes and plant operations
• Ability to lead customer discussions at operational, technical, and executive levels. Existing network within the North American dairy industry
• Knowledge of dairy processing technologies including pasteurization, separation, evaporation, drying, fermentation, CIP, automation, and utility systems
• Experience delivering complete dairy processing projects or production lines
• Background in EPC, turnkey systems, process engineering, or industrial project delivery
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Experience establishing new business units, market segments, or regional operations
