Sales Development Representative

Automox is a fast-growing leader in modern IT operations, providing a cloud-based platform for automating the management of remote and hybrid devices. They are seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative to convert inbound leads into opportunities for the inside sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Automox’s continuing growth as an IT operations market leader
• Meet inbound prospects at their point of interest and build relationships
• Drive to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting and opportunity goals
• Act as a trusted advisor, build value, and earn the confidence of every lead
• Collaborate with Account Executives to continuously improve velocity and quality
• Master our sales-tech, notably Salesforce, Outreach, and Nooks
• Work with an amazing team of passionate people
• Attend in person events to engage prospects, represent the company, and help generate new leads

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience prospecting new business in B2B SaaS
• Persistent drive for results, positive, energetic, goal-oriented, self-starter
• Active listener with professional written and oral communication skills
• Confident conversational phone persona
• Passion to inform and educate IT buyers
