Business Intelligence Engineer II – Marketing Analytics & Finance

IntePros is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer II to support a high-impact Marketing Analytics and Finance team by transforming large-scale data into actionable business insights. This role partners closely with various teams to build scalable reporting solutions and perform deep analytical investigations to help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business and finance leadership
• Translate broad business questions into analytical projects by gathering requirements, developing data strategies, and delivering actionable insights
• Perform deep quantitative analysis to evaluate program performance, customer behavior, feature adoption, conversion, retention, and marketing effectiveness
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities through data mining, segmentation, and exploratory analysis
• Support A/B testing and multivariate experiments by performing statistical analysis and interpreting results
• Develop and maintain ETL processes that improve data availability and reporting efficiency
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from business leaders, investigating customer behavior and operational performance
• Partner closely with Finance, Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to support strategic planning and business initiatives
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership through clear reporting and data visualizations
• Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytics capabilities across the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets in a business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering role
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries from scratch
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes and data pipelines
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions
• Experience working with large datasets measured in terabytes
• Knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and business intelligence methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with Apache Spark and distributed data processing
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools to improve analytics workflows and productivity
• Experience with SAS or other statistical analysis tools
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
• Experience working in digital advertising, marketing analytics, finance, or technology organizations
