Sr. React Web Engineer - 100% Remote Contract - Healthcare Technology Company!

Integris Group is partnering with a leading Healthcare Technology company on an exciting greenfield engineering initiative. They need a Senior React Web Engineer to help architect and deliver a next-generation, enterprise-scale web application that integrates AI-powered personalization and provider quality analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain enterprise-grade React applications using TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS
• Implement modern frontend architecture, component-driven development, and advanced state management patterns
• Optimize performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, caching, and modern data-fetching strategies
• Develop reusable components and contribute to design system implementations
• Build GraphQL-driven content experiences using headless CMS platforms (Kontent.ai)
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows with enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred)
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews, and frontend engineering standards
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote high-quality engineering practices
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly within HIPAA-aligned governance

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of frontend engineering experience with deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise-grade SPAs and component-driven systems
• Strong command of frontend performance optimization and rendering strategies
• Hands-on experience with AWS and GraphQL-driven architectures
• Experience with headless CMS platforms and secure authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, MFA)
• Excellent communication skills across product, UX, backend, and security teams
• Experience with Okta for secure authentication and authorization flows
