Sales Account Executive

Vida Global is an early-stage company focused on developing AI solutions, and they are seeking a Sales Account Executive to help accelerate the growth of their customer base. This role involves managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, building relationships with target accounts, and collaborating with engineers to design effective AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own pipeline generation within assigned ICPs through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, referrals, and strategic account planning
• Research target organizations and buying committees using modern sales and AI tools
• Develop personalized outreach campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Lead executive-level discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives
• Demonstrate Vida’s AI platform and communicate technical capabilities in business terms
• Partner with forward-deployed engineers to scope AI solutions tailored to customer needs
• Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business
• Own opportunities throughout the complete customer buying journey
• Develop relationships with referral partners, consultants, and reseller organizations
• Bring market intelligence and customer feedback back to product and leadership teams
• Help improve Vida’s sales methodology, messaging, and repeatable GTM motions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Account Executive or full-cycle SaaS sales
• Proven success managing complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding quota
• Experience selling software, AI, automation, enterprise technology, or technical solutions
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, operators, and technical stakeholders
• Experience building pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build an early-stage company
• Experience using AI tools to improve research, prospecting, account planning, and sales productivity
• Experience selling AI, workflow automation, contact center technology, voice AI, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience selling into one or more defined industry verticals
• Experience managing reseller or channel partner relationships
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
• Startup or high-growth company experience
