Senior Business Analyst

Acumen Solutions is a management and technology consulting firm and a leader in Enterprise Cloud Transformation. The company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on Salesforce CRM implementation work, including application configuration, integration research, and improving implementation documentation while working closely with project managers, developers, and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• CRM (Salesforce.com) application configuration
• Research integration issues and liaise with legacy system development staff
• Research and development of new Salesforce.com applications to aid organization
• Work closely and communicate clearly with a group of people with varied skill-sets
• Produce and improve overall documentation related to the implementation's configuration

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree
• • Eligible work for any U.S. employer
• • Ability to travel at least 50%
• • 5+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
• • Experience with database software / CRM solutions
• • Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.com configuration
• • Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
• • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences
• • Work well independently or on a team
• • Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
• • Demonstrate self motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
• • Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
• • Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
