Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead SRE Platform Engineer to drive the strategy, architecture, and operational excellence of enterprise Kubernetes platforms. This role requires strong technical leadership, platform engineering expertise, and experience leading large-scale cloud infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and engineering of Kubernetes-based platform solutions.
Define SRE standards, operational processes, and platform best practices.
Drive automation, GitOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security leadership.
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical guidance.
Ensure platform scalability, security, compliance, and high availability.
Required Skills
10+ years of Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps experience.
Expert-level Kubernetes administration and platform architecture.
Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong expertise in Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, GitOps, and CI/CD.
Experience designing highly available and scalable cloud-native platforms.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
Experience with monitoring, logging, security, and disaster recovery solutions.
Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
