Customer Success Manager

RefundIQ is a company focused on helping consumers recover lost money through AI-powered financial technology. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the development of their refund recovery platform, optimize machine learning models, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of our core refund recovery platform using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Build scalable features for email parsing, credit card integration, and user dashboards
• Develop and optimize machine learning models for email content analysis, refund opportunity detection, and automated communication generation
• Work with large datasets to improve recovery success rates
• Drive user acquisition and product positioning for RefundIQ
• Develop go-to-market strategies, manage campaigns across digital channels, and optimize conversion funnels
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional support and guidance
• Help users maximize their refund recovery success through the RefundIQ platform
• Analyze user behavior, refund patterns, and platform performance to drive data-informed decisions
• Build predictive models and dashboards to optimize our refund recovery algorithms

Requirements:

• 5+ years full-stack development experience
• Expert in React, TypeScript, Node.js
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms
• MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field
• 3+ years ML/AI experience in production
• Expert in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP
• Experience with email processing and text analysis
• 4+ years product marketing experience
• Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
• Experience with subscription business models
• 3+ years customer success experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools
• 3+ years data science experience
• Expert in Python, SQL, and visualization tools
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Statistical modeling and machine learning expertise
• Fintech or consumer finance background
• B2C SaaS or fintech background
