ServiceNow Product Manager

CSM Technologies is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Environment & Instance Management to define, govern, and manage enterprise application environments. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure environment readiness and smooth migration processes across the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Define, document, and approve requirements for DEV, QA, and UAT instance provisioning
• Collaborate with platform administrators, infrastructure teams, and engineering teams to coordinate environment setup and availability
• Ensure proper instance configuration, access controls, refresh schedules, and environment consistency across all stages
• Track and report environment readiness for development, testing, integration, and UAT activities
• Establish governance processes for environment lifecycle management and operational readiness
• Govern migration pathways across DEV → QA → UAT → PROD environments
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and environment transitions
• Define processes and controls for environment promotion, validation, and production readiness
• Identify and resolve environment-related risks, dependencies, and blockers impacting delivery timelines
• Act as the primary liaison between product teams, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Gather requirements, prioritize environment needs, and ensure alignment with product delivery goals
• Facilitate communication around environment changes, upgrades, refreshes, and configuration updates
• Maintain documentation related to environment management processes, standards, and governance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Environment Management roles
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise application environments
• Experience managing DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments
• Hands-on experience with environment provisioning, configuration management, and deployment governance
• Strong understanding of release management and migration processes
• Experience collaborating with infrastructure, platform, engineering, and QA teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with enterprise applications and platform administration
• Familiarity with IT governance, change management, and production release processes
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology environments
