Customer Service Representative, Remote

Amynta Group is a nationwide insurance wholesaler focused on servicing Enterprises of all sizes with commercial insurance products. The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the network of agents, handling a high volume of calls and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handles a high volume of inbound phone calls and chats; responds to and resolves customer issues in a timely fashion
• Assists consumers by providing highest level of customer service; remains professional and polite at all times
• Attends to clients’ needs by producing certificates, policies, endorsements, and other related items
• Supports team goals by performing other related duties and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Positive attitude, strong integrity, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-motivation, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment and connectivity issues, including headset, internet, and system access
• Strong computer and data entry skills, with the ability to learn and navigate software and web-based applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, operate dual monitors, and maintain accuracy while completing tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply information effectively
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes, systems, and responsibilities
• Prior customer service experience preferred; experience in a call center environment is a plus
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Experience working in an office or customer-focused environment preferred
• Understanding of department performance metrics related to call handling and quality preferred
