Business Development and Channel Sales Manager - South East

Gallagher Security is a global technology leader trusted by organizations that need to protect people, assets, and operations in complex environments. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and execute business development opportunities in Southeast USA, focusing on generating new business and strengthening their market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strong sales pipeline and close new commercial business that supports revenue, margin, and growth objectives
• Develop and execute business development portfolio plans across targeted verticals in Southeast USA
• Create strong end-user pull-through by building relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, consultants, integrators, and key influencers
• Lead customer presentations and collaborate on technical solutions that address customer business problems
• Use customer insight, competitor awareness, and market surveillance to shape account plans, channel opportunities, and strategic recommendations
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and reporting to support territory visibility and performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of sales experience in the security industry, with proven success in B2B business development and solution selling
• Experience creating opportunities across state and local government, education, healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, or similar enterprise verticals
• A track record of building pipeline, opening new accounts, managing complex relationships, and exceeding sales targets or quotas
• Strong channel management experience, including developing partner relationships and creating end-user pull-through
• Technical aptitude across physical and logical security solutions, with awareness of cloud, identity, infrastructure, and cybersecurity concepts
• Strong presentation, qualification, negotiation, closing, CRM, forecasting, and organizational skills
