Sales Development Representative (SDR)

LearnTastic is a fast-growing online education platform that provides accredited continuing education and compliance courses for professionals across industries. They are seeking a high-energy, goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings through strategic outreach and creative messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume daily cold calls to targeted prospects in several different roles
• Deliver polished voicemails and write compelling outreach messages
• Use personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up content to engage leads
• Schedule discovery meetings for Sales Directors with qualified prospects
• Collaborate with Marketing to align outreach with campaigns, messaging, and content
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in Salesforce
• Use tools like Salesforce Dialer, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ChatGPT to streamline outreach and enhance productivity
• Leverage creative writing skills and persistence to secure meetings
• Contribute ideas to improve messaging, sequences, and overall SDR strategy

Requirements:

• Sales experience necessary
• Effective communication and creative writing skills
• Ability to learn Microsoft, Salesforce, Zoom, and outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce Dialer, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, persistent, and adaptable to change
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with Sales and Marketing to drive results
• Experience using sales technology to help with email drafting or research
• Previous success in a metrics-driven environment
• Interest in working in the Staffing Industry
• Previous B2B sales experience
