Sales Development Representative (SDR)- Outbound

SiteRecon is a company that specializes in innovative mapping technology for the landscaping and snow operations industry. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will focus on outbound prospecting, connecting with potential clients, and booking meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume, 100% outbound prospecting via cold calls and cold emails
• Build and work targeted call/email lists against our defined ICP within the landscaping, snow, and green industry
• Research accounts and personalize outreach to break through the noise (no spray-and-pray)
• Handle objections and gatekeepers confidently to get decision-makers on the phone
• Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives with prospects who match ICP criteria
• Confirm and drive attendance for booked meetings — a meeting that no-shows doesn't count
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and pipeline records in the CRM
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly outbound activity and meetings-booked targets
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to sharpen outreach messaging
• Collaborate with AEs and sales leadership to continuously refine target lists, messaging, and cadences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related sales experience
• Proven track record of success in a remote SDR role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy, self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed to events, conferences, and company outings
• Willingness to work on territory assigned time zones within the US
• Formalized Remote Training as an SDR
• History of being a remote SDR in the SaaS space
• Landscape Industry knowledge or experience
