Customer Service Representative (Job ID: VR1000)

InsideOut is a virtual assistant company that provides inbound call handling and appointment setting services for U.S.-based home services businesses. The Customer Service Representative role involves managing inbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments while delivering professional and friendly customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Represent the client as if working directly in their office
• Use the client’s standard greeting and approved scripts
• Accurately answer customer inquiries about services
• Book appointments using the client’s CRM or scheduling platform
• Take detailed call summary notes during each interaction
• Record customer contact information, inquiry details, and relevant notes
• Send complete and accurate call summaries to the client after each call
• Send follow-up text messages or emails when required
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail at all times

Requirements:

• C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED, THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR WHOLE SHIFT
• Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps with low latency
• Computer with a minimum of 6 cores, 12 threads, and 8 GB RAM
• Reliable backup power source
• Ability to multitask while managing calls and documentation
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Confidence communicating directly with U.S.-based clients
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry
• Willingness to receive feedback and make adjustments
• Flexible, dependable, and able to adapt to changing schedules
• Motivated, hardworking, and eager to add value
• Previous BPO or call center experience preferred
