Account Executive – Business Financing

Big Think Capital is expanding and building an elite remote sales team for experienced commercial finance producers. The role involves managing the full sales cycle independently while leveraging a comprehensive product suite and strong operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Full access to our lender network across MCA, equipment financing, SBA, and term loan products
• Our complete product suite, including our new Real Estate Division covering HELOC, residential mortgage, and CRE
• The Big Think Capital brand and infrastructure behind every deal you close
• Marketing and back-office support, so you can focus on producing instead of administrative work
• A revenue-share compensation structure built for proven performers, with flexibility for the right candidate

Requirements:

• Producers or team leaders with a proven track record in commercial finance, MCA, or alternative lending
• Three or more years of industry experience
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently, from the first conversation through closing
