Marketing Manager

Gbbis Inc. is a company with over 35 years of experience in delivering geography-based business information solutions. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the visual and brand expression across digital and print channels, create marketing assets, and collaborate with teams to develop effective communication campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the visual and brand expression of Gbbis across digital and print channels
• Creating marketing assets such as web graphics, presentations, infographics, social media visuals, and sales collateral
• Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
• Collaborating with sales and product teams to develop campaigns that effectively communicate Gbbis’ solutions
• Managing design projects from concept through delivery
• Designing marketing collateral
• Providing creative direction
• Coordinating with external vendors or freelancers as needed
• Monitoring performance metrics
• Running communication campaigns
• Email campaigns
• Developing a database of target prospects
• Contributing to brand evolution
• Supporting new product launches
• Maintaining a high standard of design quality and usability

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with the following :
• Strong branding and marketing skills to develop and maintain a consistent, impactful brand presence
• Experience in driving lead generation campaigns using multiple channels including email
• Proficiency in graphic design and graphics production using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar)
• Demonstrated project management skills, including organizing workflows, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience creating marketing materials for B2B or technology-focused organizations, ideally in data, GIS, or software-related fields
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging designs and campaigns
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse audiences
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
