Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Sr Program Manager (Healthcare Payor)

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale integration programs within the healthcare payor sector, focusing on Medicare business operations and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of large-scale, enterprise-wide integration programs
• Drive the integration of Medicare business operations, systems, processes, and organizational capabilities into the broader enterprise ecosystem
• Partner with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external stakeholders to align priorities and deliver strategic outcomes
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business, operational, technology, compliance, and regulatory teams
• Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and interdependencies in a fast-paced environment
• Establish program governance structures and ensure successful execution against strategic objectives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of program management experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
• Strong experience managing large-scale business transformations, mergers, acquisitions, or integration programs
• Healthcare industry experience required
• Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at the executive and senior leadership levels
• Demonstrated success driving planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Experience managing program budgets, timelines, dependencies, and organizational change
• Healthcare Payor experience strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of Medicare operations, products, regulatory requirements, and business processes
• Experience supporting Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, or related business lines
• Previous experience with post-acquisition integrations, particularly in healthcare organizations
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
