Project Manager - Financial Enterprise change & Execution

SGS Technologie is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support enterprise projects in the banking and financial services sector. The role manages multiple projects through their full lifecycle, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, reporting, governance, and PMO support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 4–5 enterprise projects through the complete project lifecycle
• Define project scope, requirements, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and project documentation
• Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and overall performance
• Coordinate internal teams, external resources, vendors, and third parties
• Lead project stand-ups, status meetings, and stakeholder meetings
• Prepare project status reports and escalate issues when necessary
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain projects within the organization’s PMO/project management system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors
• Support PMO standards, templates, processes, and governance
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of project management experience, preferably in technology/enterprise environments
• 3+ years of experience in financial services and enterprise change delivery
• Experience managing multiple enterprise projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of project planning, requirements gathering, risk management, resource planning, and project governance
• Strong stakeholder, client-facing, and vendor management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Banking or financial industry experience strongly preferred
• 3–5 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• PMP certification preferred
