Project Manager

Provisions Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager with hands-on Salesforce configuration experience to support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and client engagements on a flexible, part-time, project-based basis. The role combines project oversight, Salesforce solutioning and configuration, troubleshooting, testing, deployment support, and client collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project management support across Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and ongoing client engagements
• Help establish project timelines, milestones, priorities, and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, Salesforce administrators, developers, and internal team members to keep projects moving forward
• Track project progress, identify risks or blockers, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Help manage scope, requirements, dependencies, and changing priorities
• Provide an additional layer of quality control and oversight during project delivery
• Step in when projects need additional structure, organization, or troubleshooting
• Participate in Salesforce discovery and solutioning conversations
• Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
• Review proposed solutions and provide feedback around configuration, usability, scalability, and best practices
• Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration when needed
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and other Salesforce functionality
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and identify configuration-based solutions
• Assist with testing, UAT, deployment preparation, and post-launch support
• Partner with developers when custom development or integrations are required
• Help document Salesforce configurations, processes, and project decisions
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams throughout delivery
• Facilitate requirements discussions and help clarify business needs
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover gaps or potential issues before they become delivery problems
• Communicate technical concepts and project decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help clients understand Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and recommended approaches

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience , preferably supporting Salesforce, CRM, technology, or business systems projects
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience in a professional environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and declarative configuration
• Experience with Flow, objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, reports/dashboards, security, permissions, and data management
• Ability to participate in Salesforce solutioning and translate business requirements into system functionality
• Experience working with clients or cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and jumping between project management and hands-on Salesforce work
• Able to work independently with minimal direction
• Comfortable operating in environments where priorities and project needs can change quickly
• Required:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• At least one additional Salesforce certification preferred (such as Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer, or another relevant certification)
• Preferred:
• One or more additional Salesforce certifications, such as:
