Staff Product Designer

Linktree is evolving its link-in-bio platform into a control center for creators and businesses to manage their digital presence and understand performance across platforms. The Staff Product Designer will own core product surfaces or problem areas end to end, set design direction, raise craft standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI to improve design exploration, prototyping, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Own a core surface or problem area end to end — from framing the problem to shipping high-craft work
• Set direction and raise the quality bar around you, not just ship your own screens
• Work the full range of the craft: product thinking, interaction and visual design, and prototyping to production fidelity
• Partner closely with PM, engineering, research, and design systems
• Use AI natively in how you explore, prototype, and ship — and help push our practice forward
• Lead through influence, lifting the craft of the designers around you

• Range with a spike — a versatile product designer who's genuinely great at something, with a portfolio that shows both
• Staff-level scope — you set direction and raise the bar for more than your own work
• AI as part of how you work (a baseline for us), with the depth to move our practice forward
• Low ego, high collaboration — your craft serves the product; you make the people around you better
• Systems thinking — you design patterns that scale across surfaces and teams
• Sharp product judgment; empathy for creators and the creator economy is a plus
