Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Full-Time | Remote

JSA Interactive is a global digital marketing company seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead agency operations and enhance cross-functional collaboration. The role involves optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional client delivery while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize day-to-day agency operations
• Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
• Manage and coach department managers, driving accountability and performance
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and client onboarding runs smoothly
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and business performance
• Improve collaboration across Web Development, SEO, PPC, Project Management, Client Success, and Automation teams
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process improvements
• Support executive leadership with operational reporting, planning, and business growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing operations, including Google Ads (PPC), SEO, Web Development, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and Local Services Ads (LSAs)
• Experience managing digital marketing projects and coordinating multiple teams
• Familiarity with CRM, project management, and workflow platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Zoho, or similar
• Experience using reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and business intelligence tools
• Knowledge of AI tools and business automation platforms to improve operational efficiency
• 5+ years' experience in operations, project management, or senior leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced service business
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, and Smart Campaigns), Google Local Services Ads (LSAs), and Google Business Profile (GBP) management
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar project management software
• Experience building or managing workflows using Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar automation tools
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other AI solutions to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency
