Social Media and Marketing Specialist Volunteer

Girl Now Woman Later (GNWL) is seeking a passionate and creative Social Media & Marketing Volunteer to help amplify their mission of advancing menstrual health equity. The role involves creating and managing engaging content across various social media platforms, executing campaigns, and supporting SEO efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that promote our programs, events, and advocacy initiatives
• Write compelling copy and collaborate on graphics and short-form video content
• Monitor analytics, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend improvements
• Support SEO efforts and help improve website visibility
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms

Requirements:

• Experience managing social media platforms for a business, nonprofit, or organization
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with social media analytics and current digital marketing best practices
• Background or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, SEO, or a related field
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to volunteer in the United States
