Remote Customer Service Representative - Must Reside in NY (Starting 9/21/2026)

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves assisting customers with billing inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation, and adhering to relevant regulations while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with billing inquiries/concerns
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented and inputted into client system
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
• Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals
• Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time
• Achieve Quality Assurance goals
• Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc)

Requirements:

• Must reside in New York state
• Detail oriented and ability to organize and prioritize work
• Ability to meet strict deadlines
• Effective communication skills with outside parties
• Effective call handling skills
• High levels of professionalism
• Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Ability to learn software applications
• High School graduate/equivalent
• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 40 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
