Data Analyst IV

Creospan is seeking a Data Analyst IV focused on customer experience analytics. The role analyzes customer feedback using SQL and AI tools, builds dashboards and reports, and delivers actionable insights to product, engineering, and operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer feedback across support tickets, product reviews, surveys, social media, warranty, and returns
• Use SQL to query, join, and aggregate large datasets and identify emerging customer issues and root causes
• Leverage LLMs and AI agents for text classification, summarization, data analysis, and reporting
• Build reusable AI-assisted workflows and validate AI-generated findings against source data
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and presentations for product, engineering, and operations stakeholders
• Deliver timely insights during product launches, software releases, and issue-response activities

Requirements:

• must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, customer insights, or CX analytics
• 2+ years of experience in customer experience or customer insights analytics
• Strong SQL skills working with large datasets
• Experience analyzing customer feedback, reviews, support tickets, surveys, or social sentiment
• Hands-on experience using LLM tools or AI agents in day-to-day analytical work
• Experience validating analytical results and translating findings into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building multi-step AI workflows or evaluating LLM output quality
• Python or R analytics experience
• Familiarity with consumer electronics, hardware, software/app feedback, or CX platforms such as Medallia, Qualtrics, Salesforce Service Cloud, Brandwatch, or Enterpret
