Staff Product Manager (Temporary with Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

Ad Hoc LLC is a technology company that empowers organizations to deliver scalable, impactful digital services. They are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for a healthcare-focused digital product supporting Veterans, while also providing oversight for a secondary support product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a large healthcare-focused digital product supporting Veterans
• Provide product leadership and strategic oversight for a secondary Tier 3 support product while partnering with an existing product lead
• Serve as the primary product partner for government stakeholders, engineering teams, designers, and cross-functional delivery teams
• Drive legacy modernization efforts by helping transition users from legacy systems to modern digital experiences
• Translate business objectives and user needs into prioritized product backlogs and actionable delivery plans
• Partner with Scrum teams to deliver incremental value through an Agile development process
• Balance competing priorities while making informed product decisions with incomplete information
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs to technical teams, executives, and government stakeholders
• Collaborate across multiple organizations to remove blockers, align priorities, and successfully deliver product outcomes
• Champion user-centered product decisions while balancing mission needs, technical constraints, and business priorities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years leading cross-functional Agile product teams
• Experience serving as the primary product manager for externally facing digital products
• Experience leading products using Agile Scrum methodologies
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and stakeholder expectations in complex environments
• An active Public Trust (Tier 2) security clearance is required on Day 1
• Candidates who currently hold an active Secret or Top Secret security clearance are also encouraged to apply and will be fast-tracked through the required Public Trust clearance process
• Must be able to maintain the required security clearance throughout employment
• Experience leading consumer-facing healthcare or medical technology products, particularly products involving protected health information (PHI), medical records, patient portals, laboratory results, or clinical notifications
• Experience supporting federal government digital services programs
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Experience leading legacy modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience supporting live production environments, including Tier 3 support, incident management, or operational product ownership
