Customer Success Manage

الشركة العالمية للحراسات الأمنية is seeking a Customer Success Manager who will ensure that clients receive maximum value from the company’s security services and solutions. The role involves onboarding clients, understanding their needs, and building relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new clients
• Understanding their security requirements
• Guiding them through available services and best practices
• Building long-term relationships
• Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
• Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and retention
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Prepare regular performance reports
• Proactively communicate updates and recommendations to clients
• Organized follow-up
• Clear documentation
• Ongoing engagement with clients to support their security objectives

Requirements:

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
• Proficiency in Account Management, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret service data, customer feedback, and security performance metrics
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, with strong time management and organization
• Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for tracking interactions and customer outcomes
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, security management, or a related field
• Experience in customer success, client services, or account management, preferably in security or related sectors
